DEFTONES Courted By Management Companies Prior To Release Of New CD
October 3, 2002Nearly every major artist management company has made the flight to Sacramento to meet with the DEFTONES about representing the group following their split with longtime manager Warren Entner last month, according to Hits Daily Double. That is, everyone with the exception of a "very busy" Cliff Burnstein and Peter Mensch of Q Prime (METALLICA, DEF LEPPARD). Insiders note the pair might just have their hands full for the moment with the upcoming SHANIA TWAIN project.
DEFTONES' new album, Lovers, is tentatively due in early 2003 through Maverick Records.
